About Us

Gitani Stone is a leading supplier and fabricator of premium natural and engineered stone, delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across Sydney. We work closely with architects, interior designers, and builders, providing exceptional craftsmanship and service from concept to installation.

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team and support the coordination and delivery of luxury stone projects.

About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with our senior project managers, factory team, and installation crews to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone motivated, organised, and eager to develop their skills in project management within the construction and design industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day job coordination
  • Liaise with clients, builders, and designers to confirm details and ensure project accuracy
  • Review drawings, scopes, and take-offs to support estimating and production
  • Coordinate material logistics, deliveries, and on-site requirements
  • Support the management of stonemasons and subcontractors on-site
  • Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders and internal teams
  • Help identify issues early and assist in resolving challenges proactively

About You

  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in project management
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Interest or background in construction, architecture, interiors, or stone (advantage but not essential)
  • Experience in Australian building standards, regulations, and codes is a strong advantage
  • Coming from a design and build background or similar construction environment is highly beneficial
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Current full driver's license required

Pay: $56,365.13 – $100,071.37 per year
