Bunbury Settlement Services is seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our team.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, positive, energetic and enjoys dealing with people.

This role will often be the first point of contact with our clients and we place a high value on this experience.

The role includes but not limited to

  • Managing reception by greeting all visitors providing professional and positive first impression for our company
  • Maintaining a clean reception and interview room area
  • Answering incoming calls and routing them to our conveyancers
  • Data entry and file maintenance
  • Attending to daily emails, correspondence and mail sorting
  • Filing, scanning and photocopying contracts and client documents
  • Document preparation
  • Following up contract conditions
  • External banking and delivers (Current drivers licence required)
  • Mail preparation
  • Completing tasks set by management as required

Previous experience as a receptionist is highly valued with additional "on the job" training for industry requirements.

  • Display professionalism at all times, including neat, office-appropriate work attire
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Highly organised
  • Punctual, diligent and reliable
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office, email management and diary keeping.
  • Exceptional time management with attention to detail
  • An excellent command of the English language and strong knowledge of grammar
  • Keen to learn and follow instructions.
  • Available to work full time during office hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday
