As part of the Regent Motor Group, Bunbury Ford, Volkswagen & Hyundai are seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our friendly team on a short term contract with the possibility of permanent full time employment.
The Role:
We are looking to employ a genuine, dynamic person with a high work ethic. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Switchboard – directing incoming calls, outgoing calls, sending follow up emails
- Welcoming and attending to customers
- Banking and bank statement processing
- Weekly and monthly orders for office supplies
- Maintaining kitchen and coffee machines
- Other administrative duties when required / requested
The successful applicant will have the following relevant skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- A highly professional manner and work ethic
- Well organised with sound time management skills
- Previous vehicle industry experience is desirable, but certainly not essential
- Responsibility and accountability with the capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
- A positive, happy and enthusiastic approach
