Bunbury, Western Australia South West Isuzu Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

We are seeking a casual receptionist to offer coverage and assistance to our administration team on Mondays, Thursday and Fridays from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

The successful applicant will become part of our friendly accounts team alongside Stephanie our Financial Controller and working closely with our Accounts Payable Officer Kellie as well as Marie in Accounts Receivable.

Together, you will assist in the day-to-day operations supporting our dedicated sales, parts and service staff and be the first point of contact for majority of our customers.

About the role:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing reception emails
  • Greet and direct customers to appropriate staff
  • Mail collection, sorting and preparation
  • Responding to and delegating our customer reviews
  • Maintaining coffee machine and replenishing supplies
  • Scanning and archiving documents
  • Set up customers for test drives
  • Maintain presentation of the showroom and customer lounge area
  • General errands including bank deposits, licensing and stationary collection
  • Prepare and distribute Tool Box and Managers minutes
  • General reception duties and data entry

Successful candidates must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Sound computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • C Class driver's license
  • Clear police clearance
