Dr Craig Smith is an experienced Hand and Wrist Surgeon/Plastic Surgeon.

His main practice office is in West Perth but he also sees patients and operates in Bunbury and Busselton.

He requires a part time Medical Receptionist for his Busselton practice.

The hours of work are

Week 1 Friday 330PM to 730PM

Week 2 Wednesday 330PM to 730PM and Friday 8AM to 530PM

Week 3 Nil

Week 4 Wednesday 330PM to 730PM

Week 5 Friday 330PM to 730PM

Week 6 Wednesday 330PM to 730PM

Week 7 Nil

Week 8 Wednesday 330PM to 730PM

The successful applicant will need to possess the following attributes

Previous Medical Receptionist experience in a medical practice

Good computer skills and experience with appropriate computer software

Good communication skills and a pleasant welcoming and friendly manner

The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

The ability to be available for leave relief when other staff are on leave

Duties will include

Greeting patients at their appointments and helping them provide appropriate patient information

Issuing patient invoices and receipts

Entering and maintaining patient details in the patient database

General office administration and assistance to the surgeon

The successful candidate will become part of a friendly stable practice team and be generously remunerated depending on experience
