We have an amazing opportunity for you to commence a career within Community Corrections in the Northern Territory as a Probation and Parole Support Officer in Wadeye.

A career as a Probation and Parole Support Officer (PPSO) with NT Community Corrections is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to make a difference in your community.

In your role, as part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will assist in the implementation, administration and evaluation of community-based sentencing options, such as community work orders and home detention. Under appropriate supervision, you will monitor and manage a caseload of community-based offenders.

  • Hold strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships with communities and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate resilience, integrity and problem-solving skills
