About the role

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for the right candidate to become part of the team at Redink Homes. Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Production of sales sketches and design concepts using ArchiCAD
  • Collaboration with Sales and Design Consultants to refine concepts
  • Contribute in the development of new standard product and display homes
  • Liaise with local government authorities and land developers

Skills and experience

  • 3 years minimum experience in a residential design role producing single/ two storey homes (experience with survey strata lots desirable but not essential);
  • Strong understanding of R Codes and NCC (including keeping up to date with relevant changes);
  • Sound Archicad knowledge.
  • Twinmotion experience (preferred but not essential);
  • Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Must display strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability and willingness to work to deadlines.
