Annual Salary: $70,000.00- $80,000.00 p/year plus superannuation
Type: Permanent Full Time
Premium Glass WA is a leading glazing company specializing in design, supply and installation for residential and commercial projects.
We are now seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to join our team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Create sketches, shop drawings, working drawings, production drawings and specifications accordingly to client’s instructions
- Review, translate and detail the architectural drawings relating to work required
- Selecting, inspecting/reviewing & estimating material required for work required
- Analyse technical implications of the design concept, wind loads, calculation weights, volumes and stress factors to comply with relevant Australian Standards and BCA;
- Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and quantity of required materials
- Create freehand drawings and lettering to accompany drawings (when required)
- Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, shop drawings, production drawings, working drawings, charts, forms and records;
- Assuring that relevant Acts, Regulations and standards are meet while undertaken measuring and drawing
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
