We offer an extensive range of premium wellness services across three thoughtfully designed zones. In the Bathhouse, guests can relax in a hot magnesium pool, refresh with ice baths, and unwind in the infrared sauna, traditional hot rock sauna, or steam room. The Rejuvenate Lounge features private lounges equipped with compression therapy, massage guns, LED light therapy, and a soothing sound healing experience for deep recovery. Our Salt Therapy Room provides a tranquil halotherapy experience that supports respiratory health, skin rejuvenation, and full-body relaxation.

*The Role:***We're looking for an energetic and driven Spa Sales / Membership Consultant to join our team at our beautiful Osborne Park location. In this key role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our member base, driving excitement in the local community, and being the face of Merse before and after our grand opening.
As a Spa Sales/MC, you'll handle lead generation, engage with the public, respond to sales enquiries, close deals, and build lasting relationships—all while working in a stunning, wellness-focused environment.
*Key Responsibilities:***- Proactively generate leads through community engagement, outreach, events, and referrals.
- Present Merse Wellness Spa's offerings to potential members and confidently close sales.
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Merse at local tradeshows, and promotional events.
- Manage and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Liaise with local businesses to build partnerships, secure group bookings, and promote services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive spa awareness and member engagement.
- Encourage Google reviews, contact app subscribers, and follow up on first appointments.
- Uphold professional presentation standards and perform other related duties.
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the fitness or wellness industries (but not essential).
- Natural drive and financial motivation to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Well presented and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and foster trust.
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, empathise, and influence.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for wellness.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Computer literacy and CRM proficiency.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
