**About the role**:
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 & Azure Technical Lead with deep expertise in enterprise solution architecture, Microsoft cloud technologies, and modern development practices. You will lead the technical delivery of solutions built on D365, Power Platform, and Azure, while guiding a team to uphold best practices, scalability, and performance.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- **Minimum 5 years’ experience** with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, Field Services) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps).
- Strong proficiency in **.NET Core, C#, JavaScript**, and integration frameworks.
- Expertise in designing and implementing **enterprise-grade solutions** using Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Azure SQL).
- Solid knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software architecture (Serverless, REST API, SPA, Event-driven) and Database design.
- Familiarity with **Azure DevOps**, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (GitHub or GitLab).
- Experience across **multiple D365 modules** (Customer Service, Field Service, Sales) and integration with other Microsoft/enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to **set up technical standards**, frameworks, and governance for development teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
