What's my job?

You're a Business Manager in the Business Management team and you report to the Group Business Director.

You have a strong ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, technology, experience design, strategy, and production, to ensure work is executed to the highest standard and exceeds client expectations.

A Day in the Life

• You're passionate about executing projects that capture the essence of our clients' brands.
• Each day, you'll be at the forefront of executing high-impact advertising campaigns, ensuring that every piece of content not only aligns with the brand but also resonates deeply with the target audience.
• You communicate seamlessly with clients, offering thoughtful guidance that helps them thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.
• You help track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, but also dive deep when the details matter most.
• Your role involves building rapport with clients by offering solid account management support, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Tight timelines? Fast-moving projects? No problem. You know how to keep projects on track, all while ensuring the work hits the mark for the client and the brand.

How will we know that you are the one?

• You're comfortable with innovative technologies and understand how they enhance creativity while maintaining realistic production timelines.
• You have 3+ years of experience in account management, within an advertising agency is a plus.
• Your proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage complex projects sets you apart.
• You possess strong organisational skills and financial awareness, and you thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
