The Client

Our client is a growing logistics and bulk haulage provider with headquarters in Truganina. They are committed to excellence, safety, and long-standing client relationships. As their business grows, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to strengthen their finance team and support ongoing operations.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director and CFO, the Accounts Manager will take ownership of day-to-day finance functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and reporting. You will be a key point of contact for financial queries across the business, working closely with management and operations. This is a full-time position with plenty of scope to make the role your own. An attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience.

The Person

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated mastery of Excel, with the ability to manage complex financial data, build advanced models, and generate insightful reports.
  • Sound experience of MYOB.
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping. CPA or CA qualification highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Solid background in accounts management, bookkeeping, or finance within transport, logistics, or haulage.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently while supporting the wider team.
