About the Role

We're on the lookout for a well-presented, proactive team player who thrives in a customer-facing environment. This role involves helping customers in-store,

over the phone, and via email to find the right products, processing sales through our point-of-sale system, and assisting with order fulfilment.

You'll also play a hands-on role in ensuring our showroom and yard are clean, organised, and fully stocked. If you're someone who likes variety and working as

part of a supportive team, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection and enquiries
  • Process sales, quotes, and goods received using our POS system
  • Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to coordinate deliveries
  • Help maintain and restock inventory, perform stocktakes, and organise displays
  • Keep the showroom and yard tidy, presentable, and safe at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using computers and software systems (intermediate level)
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport are essential
  • Forklift licence preferred but not required

Job Type

We are flexible with work arrangements and open to casual, part-time, or full-time candidates.

The role will start as casual, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right person.
