Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesperson located on-site in Sydney, NSW. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting our facade services, and negotiating contracts. Additional duties include preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities. The role requires frequent interaction with clients on-site to assess their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of facade services, construction, or related industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Experience working with high-rise and commercial building projects is a plus
