Are you an experienced vocational education leader in Community Services and looking to take the next step in your career? Join a progressive national RTO delivering high-quality, accredited training to more than 10,000 learners in classrooms and their own workplaces.

We are seeking a Team Leader – Community Services Education to lead curriculum development, support trainers, and strengthen industry partnerships in a growing and dynamic training environment.

What you'll do:
  • Lead the review and development of compliant, engaging assessment curriculum aligned with industry and RTO standards
  • Provide professional development, coaching and advice to trainers, clients and RTO staff
  • Support assessment validation and ensure training excellence
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to expand Community Services program delivery
  • Lead projects, manage timelines, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Step in to deliver training/assessment when required
What you bring:
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
  • Certificate IV or higher in Healthcare, Community Services or Individual Support / Personal Care
  • 3+ years' leadership and management experience in VET or industry
  • 2+ years' experience developing compliant curriculum in a VET context
  • Training experience (5+ years) in Individual Support (aged care or disability)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience with LMS systems (i.e. Cloud Assess, VETtrak)
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and workplace wellbeing
  • Full driver's licence
