Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Transformation & Systems Management_
- Lead the digitisation of training content and transition of nationally recognised units and VESI units to eLearning and Assessment format in eSkilled LMS
- Provide trainers with digital training materials including slides and assessments
- Manage and optimise the eSkilled LMS, ensuring accurate reporting, system performance, and user support
- Oversee vendor relationships and renewals, including VELG membership
- Conduct annual QI data surveys and manage system-related compliance documentation
- Quality & Compliance Oversight_
- Maintain compliance with ASQA’s updated 2024 standards and all relevant Federal and State regulations
- Update EnerSafe’s RTO quality and compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and operations
- Lead and coordinate ASQA audit preparation and execution, including evidence gathering, documentation review, and post-audit action planning
- Conduct internal audits and validations, starting with First Aid and CPR, involving trainer panels Primary purpose of position
- Develop and implement a 5-year validation plan for trainers and assessors
- Record and manage continuous improvement activities across EnerSafe staff and subcontractors.
- Trainer Support & Development_
- Collaborate with trainers to review and update training materials
- Coach trainers on the use of digital and compliance-aligned resources
- Conduct quality control of completed training and assessment materials
- Manage the training matrix including qualifications, professional development, and succession planning
- Ensure resourcing is adequate to provide Trainers in all locations
- Team Leadership & Operational Support_
- Manage the Training and Systems Administrator, ensuring effective coordination of enrolments,
compliance documentation, and learner support
- Oversee pre-enrolment processes including LLN assessments to support student success
- Provide monthly compliance and performance reports to the Senior RTO Operations Coordinator

About you
- Strategic thinking and operational execution
- Strong project, stakeholder, and team management
- Risk identification and compliance analysis
- Proficiency in digital learning systems (preferably eSkilled)
- Audit readiness and regulatory engagement
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
