**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate professional to join our Training Team on a full-time basis. We are a small boutique RTO, which delivers five key business qualifications to meet the needs of our industry members and clients. This role is responsible for the efficient completion of a range of administrative duties to support the smooth delivery of our scheduled, virtual and on-site training services within the RTO. This role will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Lead the overall delivery and administration of accredited training programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies and regulations, standards, and industry requirements including trainer and assessor PD logs.
- Develop and implement program schedules, timetables, and training plans in alignment with learner needs and accreditation guidelines.
- Coordinate the administrative duties required to support the smooth delivery for RTO training and consulting activities.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, including validation, moderation, and assessment validation activities.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements, regulatory changes, and best practices in teaching and learning to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**About you**
You will have previous experience in an administration role with excellent organisational and time management skills and proven experience in multi-tasking and handling several queries at once. Excellent customer service skills, to provide assistance to members as well as to our internal team, are also a must. In addition, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of accredited training programs within an RTO.
- Comprehensive understanding of all regulatory requirements pertaining to an RTO.
- Experience using JR Plus (SMS), Moodle (LMS) and Salesforce (CRM).
- Working knowledge of RTO standards and compliance requirements.
- Prior experience in managing compliance audits and liaising with regulatory bodies would be highly regarded.
- Understanding of RTO Standards and Skills First program contractual requirements.
- Excellent communication and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
