CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with experience in civil or construction recruitment to join our dynamic Perth team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering skilled workforce solutions to our clients across the civil, construction, and infrastructure sectors throughout Australia.

You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, with the autonomy to run your own desk, build client relationships, and manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, industry-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Source, screen, and place candidates in civil and construction roles – including blue and white-collar placements.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, and complete reference checks.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients – becoming a trusted industry partner.
  • Maintain a compliant and engaged candidate database.
  • Juggle multiple roles and priorities with accuracy and urgency.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous recruitment experience within the civil, construction, or infrastructure industries (labour hire or perm).
  • Confident managing high-volume roles and fast turnaround times.
  • Strong relationship management skills – with both clients and candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using JobAdder or similar ATS a bonus.
  • A self-starter with a team-first mindset and genuine passion for people.
  • Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
