We are seeking an experienced 
Contract Manager
 to lead our team at the 
Viva Energy Refinery in Geelong, VIC
. This pivotal role will oversee UGL's maintenance, turnaround, and project delivery across the refinery. You will be responsible for contract execution, HSE leadership, operational performance, commercial outcomes, and client engagement.

What are we looking for you to bring to the team

• 10+ years' experience in
  senior roles
  within Oil & Gas environments
• Proven leadership in
  maintenance, shutdowns, and campaign execution
• Strong
  commercial acumen
  and contract management expertise
• Demonstrated ability to drive
  HSE culture and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with
  project and maintenance planning systems
