These water treatment experts are seeking a Contract Administrator to join the Geelong business.

Your new company

This established provider of water management systems are continuing to grow in delivery and market share, having expanded scope in the past 3 years to deliver holistic solutions as opposed to supplying standalone stages or singular installations within their clients' premises. As a result they have seen an increase in work and turnover, and as such are seeking a capable Contract Administrator to join the Geelong team here in Victoria.

Your new role

Join a dynamic team delivering large-scale water treatment infrastructure projects. They are looking for a proactive and commercially astute Contract Administrator to manage contracts across the full project lifecycle-from negotiation through to compliance and reporting. Outside of contract work, the successful applicant will be required to maintain accurate and timely financial records for project health and work closely with the Finance and Delivery teams in the business.

  • Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and administration for projects and subcontracts
  • Monitor project milestones, variations, claims, and EOT
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, risk registers, and compliance documentation
  • Support commercial decision-making and ensure alignment with legal and company standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Law, Business, Construction Management, or similar
  • 3+ years' experience in contract administration, ideally in civil or water infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS, NEC, or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools
