The Role

This is a chance to work in a market that values expertise. You'll deliver into warm demand, manage intelligent briefs, and engage with technical candidates across STEM and life sciences. The scope runs from consultant through to director level, depending on your experience and ambitions.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit end-to-end across STEM, life sciences, and healthcare markets
  • Shape and grow your desk into a specialist vertical (QA, regulatory, engineering, clinical, or aligned markets)
  • Build client relationships based on credibility and market knowledge
  • Progress from consultant to director, with scope to build teams and verticals

What You'll Bring

  • Agency recruitment experience in STEM, life sciences, healthcare, or other professional markets (engineering, finance, resources)
  • Ability to manage complex briefs and candidate pools
  • Commercial sharpness, resilience, and consultative style
  • A technical or science degree is helpful but not essential
