The Role:

We're looking for an experienced agency recruiter with an interest in the Legal sector to develop a dedicated recruitment portfolio. We are open to a Consultant, Senior or Principal.

This is a unique opportunity where you will be instrumental in building relationships with law firms and In-House teams across Australia, sourcing talent for a diverse range of legal roles.

While requiring strong business development acumen to establish your client base, you'll be joining a team where success is already being demonstrated, providing a strong foundation and proven strategies to follow.

What we're looking for:
  • A background in white collar recruitment
  • The ability to map out new potential clients, build strong pipelines, and develop lasting relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for winning business and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, and a proactive, research-driven approach.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
