The Sydney West team is embarking on some exciting growth, join us today to build your own little western sydney Business Seven Hills.
As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales - from prospective meetings to client wins, with the primary objective of sourcing our customers quality talent for their vacancies. You will work closely with new and existing customers to gain an understanding of their hiring trends, conduct business development follow-up activities and close the sale with a placement.
Key duties will include:
- Identifying potential customers by creating ABC lists, obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from prior or existing customers
- Participation in local networking events, recruitment BD meetings and conferences;
- Attending onsite meetings, to develop key customer relationships and look for opportunities to improve delivery and cross sell the business.
- Developing and implementing account management plans.
- Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and filtering candidates for open positions.
This is a sales based role and will be great for someone with previous sales experience who is confident in building relationships and has a passion for sales
You will have:
- A minimum of 12 months experience, ideally in a Sales focused role;
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines;
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and give it a go
