This is a full-time role based at our coastal HQ in Burleigh. No remote. No clock-watching. Just epic work, big ideas, and a team that's all in.

What you'll be diving into:

  • Building paid search campaigns from scratch and making them fly
  • Crafting keyword strategies that cut through the noise
  • Writing ad copy that stops thumbs and gets clicks
  • Digging deep into performance data and finding gold
  • Collaborating with smart, fun, kind humans who back each other
  • Keeping clients in the loop with sharp reporting and real talk
  • Staying across the latest trends and keeping us a step ahead

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in paid search or performance marketing
  • Experience across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and the rest of the gang
  • Someone who
    gets
    data and can explain it without using 10 acronyms
  • A curious mind, a collaborative spirit, and a bias for action
  • Confidence in front of clients, without the jargon overload
  • A love for learning, testing, optimising, and levelling up
