The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and experienced Performance Marketer to lead and scale our media buying operations across multiple paid platforms. This is a pivotal role, perfect for someone with a proven track record in building and managing high-performing campaigns while driving ROI at scale.

You'll manage significant advertising budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of Leadify's performance marketing function and play a critical role in shaping the growth trajectory of a rapidly expanding business.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of large-scale performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement growth-focused media strategies to acquire high-quality leads cost-effectively.
  • Own media budgets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and maximum return on ad spend.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously test, refine, and optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, privacy changes, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling media budgets of $100k+ per month.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing a team.
  • Deep understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion optimisation, and paid acquisition strategies.
  • Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ambition, adaptability, and a passion for growth.
