About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own creative briefing, testing, and reporting across our performance channels. You'll bring ideas to life that are not only on-brand, but optimised to perform, helping us engage new customers, retain existing ones, and drive measurable growth.

In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of product, brand, and marketing, turning strategy into execution and making sure campaigns land on time, on message, and with impact. You'll lead the creative feedback loop, ensuring insights fuel continual optimisation while coordinating all marketing based go-to-market activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Briefing

  • Develop clear and structured creative briefs for paid campaigns.
  • Ensure briefs link directly to product priorities, marketing strategy, and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with brand and product teams to align creative direction.
  • Provide performance context and insights to inform creative development.
  • Track progress of briefs through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.

Creative Testing & Optimisation

  • Plan and prioritise creative tests across paid social channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative testing process with agency partners. Coordinate briefs, approve setups, monitor launches, and track performance.
  • Analyse results, identifying high-performing creative variations.
  • Share insights with the creative team to refine future outputs.
  • Report regularly on test outcomes and optimisation opportunities.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate the Marketing Calendar, ensuring timely updates and clear communication across teams.
  • Lead marketing-led campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Align performance marketing, CRM, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging for product launches & campaigns.
  • Act as the marketing point person for cross-functional campaign delivery.
  • Track and report on campaign outcomes, feeding insights back into future planning.

About You

  • 4+ years' experience in a performance marketing role with a focus on creative testing and optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and CRM/email tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and deriving actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, creative feedback loops, and go-to-market planning.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to balance brand consistency with performance optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to bridge brand, product, and performance teams.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail that ensures consistency across messaging, creative, and campaign execution.
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of how creative decisions impact ROI, margins, and growth.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
  • A balance of creative flair and analytical thinking, able to spot both great ideas and performance opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive projects from concept to delivery.
  • Passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends and continuously testing, learning, and improving.
