Super Property helps everyday Australians buy homes with no deposit through innovative finance solutions. We're growing fast and need a high-performance marketer who can drive leads at scale, optimise campaigns in real-time, and help fuel our national expansion.

We're not an agency. We're a direct-to-consumer business with real revenue, a powerful sales team, and a proven offer that converts — now we need you to take it to the next level.

The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You'll be responsible for building, launching, and scaling high-converting lead generation campaigns — and you'll work directly with the CEO and Head of Sales to optimise performance.

This is a full-time, in-office position based on the Gold Coast. We move fast, test often, and double down on what works.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube
  • Build landing pages and lead forms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Create and test ad copy, headlines, creative assets (with our in-house designer if needed)
  • Design high-quality creative content using Canva or your preferred design platform
  • Monitor performance daily: CPL, ROAS, lead quality, conversion rates
  • Work closely with Sales & CRM teams to align on offers and refine targeting
  • Create engaging social media content to support marketing and brand growth
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights
  • Scale budgets and optimise winners
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes and trends in performance marketing
  • Support the sales team with sales calls from time to time if required

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience running lead gen ads on Meta and Google
  • A proven track record generating quality leads in a B2C or service-based business
  • Strong A/B testing skills and data-driven decision making
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or similar
  • Graphic design capabilities (Canva or similar)
  • A proactive operator who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be Gold Coast-based and available in-office full-time
