Our successful Accounts Clerk will be responsible for a range of general administration duties across multiple brands within our Newstead Hub.

Reporting to the manager of the department you will work alongside our dynamic Administration team to maximize productivity and efficiency through innovative and structured processes.

We work towards the unified goal of "One Team, One Vision" when it comes to our culture. Our ideal Accounts Clerk will possess excellent communication skills, have an eye for detail and the attitude and willingness to help your team when required.

About You:
· Highly analytical & organized with very strong attention to detail
· Basic accounting knowledge
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong reporting skills
· Excellent communication skills oral & written
· Willingness to learn
· The ability to work in a team as well as autonomously

Key Responsibilities :
· Processing EFT's
· Banking
· New and Used Deal Processing
· General Clerical duties – filing, scanning
· Knowledge of the automotive industry process would be highly regarded
· Adhoc tasks as directed by the Admin Manager or Financial Controller
