**Organisation**

This large and well renowned Not-For-Profit organisation seeks a Supply Chain Officer with Accounts Payable experience to join their team on a temporary basis.

Based in brand new offices in Newstead and working part of a medium sized team, they are seeking some assistance to catch up on a large back log of work.

**Your role**

Reporting to the Supply Chain Operations Manager, your role will involve:

- Data entry to support the purchasing teams
- Ensuring accurate receipt of goods and following up discrepancies promptly and efficiently
- Expediting outstanding purchase orders and communicating these to stakeholders in an appropriate timeframe
- Providing high levels of customer service to both internal and external key stakeholders
- Additional ad hoc projects to support the Supply Chain Operations Manager
- General administration
- Use of Microsoft Dynamics 365

**Your Profile**

You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with experience in stakeholder management. You will be flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude.

You will be data-focused, with strong attention to detail and experience working in a high volume processing environment.

Experience with Microsoft Excel essential.

Previous experience using MS Dynamics 365 is extremely advantageous.

As this is a temporary role, you must be immediately available and ready to start
