**About the Company**

Our client is a multi-faceted transport, hospitality, and passenger services provider with operations spanning across Australia and New Zealand. A large workload has dictated the need for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a contract basis, and there is potential for this to become a permanent appointment.

**About the Role**

The Revenue and Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for:

- Preparation of customer invoices across multiple entities
- Follow up with customers to make sure payments are received in line with credit terms
- Administration of the contract management system
- Reconciliation of banking & other Accounts Receivable related accounts.
- Data cleansing
- Processing of monthly journals
- Reconciling debtor and provision accounts

**About You**

You must have experience with Accounts Receivable processing - billing, debtors and reconciliations, with clear and concise communication, both verbal and written.
