About the role
Our Events team is a passionate group of professionals dedicated to creating unforgettable and engaging experiences for our members, customers, and clients. We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be at the heart of our event planning and execution, responsible for developing innovative concepts, driving impactful marketing activities, activating sponsorships, and ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of premium events throughout the year. About you
We are seeking a dynamic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and think on their feet. With at least five years of experience in events management, you bring a wealth of knowledge, particularly in business-to-business and corporate events, along with a solid understanding of marketing. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build and nurture key relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. You possess strong administrative skills, with superior accuracy and attention to detail, and have a proven track record of working within budgets and meeting tight deadlines. As a team player, you excel in collaborative settings but are equally capable of working independently when needed. Additionally, you are proficient with Windows, the MS suite, databases, and have a demonstrated understanding of communications technology.
