Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Marketing Activation: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to support business development.
  • Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event activations meet brand standards and are compliant.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and events in supporting business development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, including late nights and weekends.
  • Prior experience in sales, hospitality, retail-event or fintech is valued but not required.
