Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced event coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end event planning, including scheduling, logistics, catering, AV services, and guest management for diverse events.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event coordination, strong project management skills, and attention to detail with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event budgets to ensure efficient spending and high-quality execution.
  • Select venues, negotiate with vendors, coordinate catering, oversee AV setup, arrange travel, and address technical requirements.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, handling logistics, resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Lead post-event evaluations, financial reconciliation, and gather feedback for ongoing improvements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in event coordination, managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborating with multiple teams and departments, clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Proactive solution-oriented approach, tackling challenges as they arise.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing event budgets.
