Donmont Capital is a Financial Advisory firm located on the Gold Coast and Brisbane City. We are seeking a Sales Professional to operate as a part of our Client Relationship Manager team in Brisbane City. Donmont Capital assists everyday Australians in obtaining professional licensed financial advice through all aspects of their situation.

Most people have never thought about their superannuation, insurances or how achievable their next 5 year goal might be, as a Client Relationship Manager, your role will be to assist in the fact finding process for the financial advisers here at Donmont Capital.

This is a client-focused, performance based role where you will be helping connect everyday Australians with licensed professionals and provide them with access to quality financial advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
  • Obtain personal and financial information from clients and liaise with their superfund
  • Listen to client needs and identify areas the financial advisers could potentially provide tailored solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service on every call
  • Work towards compliance and performance targets
  • Follow internal processes to adhere to all compliance requirements
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem-solve with clients
  • Contribute to a fun, high-performance culture

What we offer in return:

  • Permanent full-time position with a strong emphasis on performance and compliance based pay. We strongly believe you should get out what you put in
  • $70,000 base salary (plus super)
  • In addition to the base salary, we offer performance based incentives, bringing the average earnings (including the base and salary) to between $120,000 and $200,000 per year.
