We are a Brisbane based Finanical Advice company specialising in Superanuation solutions, life insurance products and retirement planning. We are seeking dynamic Client Managers to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated sales professionals to build a rewarding career in financial services, offering competitive pay, uncapped earning potential and clear career progression. OTE earning in first year $80,000 to $150,000.

About the role

You will be a vital link between our warm leads and expert advisers. Your role is to engage clients, understand their superannuation goals and prepare the prospect to meet with the adviser.

You will work with inbound/outbound inquiries and scheduled appointments, managing the client journey from initial contact to ongoing relationship.

What you will do

Engage and Qualify Leads: Handle warm inbound/outband inquiries, helping clients understand the benefits of Superannuation strategies. No cold calling required.

Conduct Consulations & Needs Analysis: Speak with clients to gather factual information on their personal situation, work and health circumstances, so our advisers can recommend tailored solutions.

Book Appointments: Schedule high quality meetings for our senior advisers with interested and qualified prospects.

Build Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication to support clients superannuation goals and foster trust.

CRM and Compliance: Keep accurate records, follow compliance protocols and ensure a seamless client experience.

What you need

  • Proven success in sales and client service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Self motivated, proactive and resilient, comfortable working with leads and scheduled appointments.
  • Ability to follow scripts, manage a pipeline and adapt to a fast paced enviroment.
