This is a 4–6 month contract role, with the potential to extend. You will be the central point of contact for clients across our two Cairns locations, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Your role will focus on:

  • Coordinating client communications and ensuring prompt, professional responses.
  • Maintaining and updating our customer database.
  • Reconnecting with past clients and encouraging repeat business.
  • Supporting store managers by developing initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

You'll work closely with both store teams to deliver exceptional experiences—whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email—and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and respond to incoming client enquiries, ensuring timely and professional service.
  • Support and guide store teams in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships.
  • Proactively re-engage lapsed or inactive clients via phone and email campaigns.
  • Monitor client feedback and collaborate with managers to implement improvements.
  • Contribute to achieving service and sales targets through proactive client engagement.

About You

  • Proven experience in a client services, coordination, or retail service role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple locations.
  • Experience in the pool industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and client reactivation strategies.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused.
