The opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with well-rounded interpersonal skills to support the home's administrative function, .
You will empower and enhance the operations of the home by providing exceptional customer service to those you encounter in and around the home,

The important role you will play
Maintaining confidentiality of all company, resident and employee matters
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the home
Provide support to the Office Manager and Admissions Coordinator as required.
What you will bring to the role
Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Microsoft Office suite and competent with the use of internal systems
Well-developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
Reliability, and a well-organized approach
Previous experience in Administration within healthcare or Aged Care sector (desirable)
Proven ability to exercise initiative, autonomy and provide proactive support within a team
