Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to patients and healthcare professionals.In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting and directing visitors to their destinations in a timely and courteous manner
  • Coordinating patient admissions to day surgery and Oncology Unit, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient processes
  • Preparing documents and managing patient bookings with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams via telephone and email, providing exceptional customer service and support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies
  • Impeccable personal presentation, with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and satisfaction
