Cairns, Queensland, Australia TRINITY PETROLEUM SERVICES Full time $104,000 - $130,878 per year

Join Our Team – Property Coordinator (Cairns)

Do you like rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and making things run smoothly? Want a role where you can keep things ticking, support your community, and have a bit of fun along the way?

At Trinity Petroleum Services, we fuel communities across North Queensland. We're now looking for a Property Coordinator to help us keep our service station network in top shape. You don't need to be trade-qualified, what we value most is a solid maintenance mindset, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

As our Property Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for:

  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and improvements across our sites.
  • Tackling hands-on jobs when it makes sense, and calling in the experts when it doesn't.
  • Keeping safety and compliance front and centre (because we want our sites safe for everyone).
  • Supporting small projects that make our sites better places for customers and staff.
  • Building great relationships with contractors, suppliers, and our on-site teams.

You'll be reporting to our General Manager – Operations (with a dotted line to the Head of Property in Brisbane) and working closely with a supportive crew across operations, property, EH&S, and finance.

This position may involve participation in an after-hours on call roster to support operational requirements.

Why You'll Love It

  • Make a Difference: Play a direct role in keeping our sites safe, functional, and welcoming for the community.
  • Hands-On Variety: No two days are the same – one day you're fixing, the next you're planning improvements.
  • Team Spirit: Work with people who back each other and enjoy what they do.
  • Cairns Based: Live and work in one of the best places in Australia.

Who We're Looking For

Someone practical, organised, and solutions-focused. You'll enjoy problem solving, juggling contractors, and keeping things compliant and cost-effective. Most of all, you'll be motivated by knowing your work helps keep fuel, food, and smiles flowing across our network.

What's in it For You

Join a well recognised, trusted local brand in a full time role that offers variety and stability. You'll hit the road in a work vehicle, be kitted out in company uniforms, and enjoy the backing of a supportive crew. Every day brings something new, keeping your work exciting, rewarding, and never boring
