About the role

Join the dynamic team at Upper Murray Seeds' as a Domestic & International Sales Support Officer, based in our Albury, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and sales support to our sales team, servicing both our domestic and international customers. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaising with customers to assist with order placement, tracking, and query resolution
  • Processing domestic and international customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining customer records and databases to ensure information is current and accessible
  • Support special projects and initiatives for the sales department.
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Assisting with the coordination of shipments and logistics for international orders
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Knowledge of international trade and logistics processes would be highly advantageous
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
