Seeking a skilled Internal Sales Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. If you have a passion for the construction industry and providing exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you.

As a valued member of the team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming sales orders and your expertise and dedication to high level customer service will ensure your success in the role.

As a Internal Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling sales order entry to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sourcing products for clients to meet their requirements.
  • Managing credits and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilising the CRM system to enter clients information accurately.
  • Responding to customers enquiries via email and phone and providing helpful assistance.
  • Proactively following up on sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with backorder management through effective communication with clients.
  • Resolving complaints and errors in a professional and efficient manner.
