At RubberGem, we transform waste into opportunity by repurposing end-of-life tyres and conveyor belts into sustainable products for the global agricultural industry. Our state-of-the-art facility in East Rockingham, WA, set to begin full-scale production in October 2025, will be Australia's largest rubber recycling operation. This facility spans 55,000sqm and will process over 50,000 tonnes of rubber waste annually, creating 130+ full-time jobs. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Sales Administrator located in the East Rockingham. The Internal Sales Administrator will handle customer service tasks, communicate with clients, process orders, assist with sales activities, and perform administrative support functions - data entry is essential in this role. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can efficiently manage daily operations and support the sales team.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sales software
  • CRM experience is a must
