Located in the heart of the Albury CBD, we're in an exciting phase of transformation and are seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join our Finance team.

The OpportunityReporting to the Chief Finance & Technology Officer, this part-time role (3 days per week) is integral to the smooth running of our finance operations. You'll be involved in a wide range of financial activities, supporting both day-to-day processes and longer-term improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily sales and bank reconciliations
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Payroll tax and BAS reconciliations
  • Asset register management and reconciliation
  • Assisting with finance and management reporting
  • Internal auditing and period-end reconciliation
  • Supporting system and process improvements

About You

You will be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Previous finance/administration experience
  • Strong accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with structured data environments e.g., Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI - (highly regarded)
