Service Receptionist – Casual

Sid's Automotive is looking for a friendly and engaging Service Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

Our Office Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

(We're happy to discuss your availability to help maintain a great work/life balance.)

About the role

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
  • Managing bookings and enquiries
  • Ordering parts and preparing estimates
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Providing general administrative support

We take pride in providing exceptional service to our customers, so a positive attitude, warm personality, and strong work ethic are essential.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service experience (automotive experience is a bonus)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel

Ongoing training and support will be provided to help you thrive in the role.
