We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Client Services to be the welcoming face of our firm.
Founded in the heart of Bankstown, AMCO Public Accountants began with a simple yet powerful vision: to build a better financial future for our community. Our founding partner, Danny Mazevski, brought decades of experience from Corporate Accounting and Deloitte to create a practice focused on knowledge, integrity and care.
From humble beginnings with just two staff, we've grown into a dynamic team of 18 professionals - each selected for their excellence and aligned with our shared values. We're proud to serve everyday taxpayers, professionals, and small to medium-sized businesses with tailored advice across Taxation, Financial Planning, and Management Consulting.
Over 90% of our client base has originated from referrals, a testament to the loyalty and trust we've earned over many years.

Key Responsibilities
· Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
· Manage incoming calls and emails, direct inquiries to the appropriate team
members.
· Schedule and confirm client appointments for Accountants and Financial Planners.
· Maintain client records and assist with data entry into CRM or accounting systems.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and confidential client
information.
· Keep the reception area tidy, organised, and reflective of our professional image.
· Oversee Office Stationery, Postage and Petty Cash requirements.
· Schedule office social events (incl. Christmas Party)
· Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as required, including, filing, scanning and
lodgements via the ATO, ASIC etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an accounting, financial services, or professional office environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Focused on excellence and keen to progress in a professional practice.
