Independently Owned Radiology Practice – (Rochedale, Loganholme & Upcoming Surrounding Clinics)

Are you an experienced and motivated healthcare professional ready to step into a leadership role within a growing radiology network?

Quantum Medical Imaging (QMI) is a locally owned and operated imaging provider that's rapidly expanding across Queensland with multiple new clinic openings planned for 2026.

We are seeking a full-time 2IC Practice Manager to support the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinics. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in ensuring efficient, high-quality patient care.

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple clinics
  • Supervise and support administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient care
  • Assist with staff rosters, sick and annual leave requests, and ensure appropriate staffing coverage
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training programs
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide hands-on leadership support and act as the point of escalation for staff issues
  • Contribute to the rollout of new systems, processes, and new clinic openings

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in healthcare or radiology management (multi-site experience desirable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Confident using practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proactive, positive, and professional approach to leadership
