Available Positions:

  1. Area Operations Manager – Experience essential

    This role oversees the operational performance of multiple centres, ensuring high standards in compliance, quality, and staffing. You will support centre leadership teams to achieve strong occupancy, financial growth, and service excellence while maintaining a positive workplace culture across all sites.

  2. Educational Program & Practice Manager – Experience essentialThis role focuses on leading curriculum excellence and elevating pedagogical practice across our centres. You will:

  3. Support and mentor Educational Leaders and teaching teams to deliver inspiring, high-quality programs.

  4. Embed reflective practice and ensure alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  5. Lead professional development, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  6. Collaborate closely with centre managers and educators to foster a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence in early education.

    This position is ideal for a passionate early childhood professional who thrives on mentoring teams and driving educational quality across multiple services

Marketing & Engagement Manager – Experience essentialThis role is responsible for strengthening our brand presence, driving enrolments, and connecting our centres with the communities we serve. You will:

1. Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote growth and increase occupancy.

2. Manage social media, digital content, and local area marketing campaigns.

3. Build relationships with families, community organisations, and local networks to enhance engagement.

4. Collaborate with centre leaders to ensure consistent messaging and a strong brand image across all locations.

This position suits a creative, strategic thinker who loves connecting people and growing communities through effective storytelling and engagement.
