Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Clarendon Homes QLD team.

In this role, you will take ownership of multiple residential projects, ensuring homes are built to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities, and liaise closely with customers and internal departments to deliver a seamless building experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your leadership, organisation, and technical expertise while working with a respected builder.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, including safety, quality, schedule, and budget
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site
  • Monitor progress and ensure all work meets Clarendon's quality standards
  • Maintain accurate site records using ClickHomes scheduling system, inspection reports, and progress updates
  • Ensure compliance with WHS procedures, building codes, and company standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication throughout their build journey

About You
To be successful, you'll bring:

  • A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builder's Licence (minimum requirement)
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, techniques, and materials
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within the residential building industry
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong understanding of HSE requirements and site safety practices
  • A carpentry trade background (advantageous)
