Join our team at Melville Toyota as a Warranty Clerk You'll be part of a dedicated team of three, working together to ensure smooth warranty claim processing and accurate reimbursements for our customers. This role is key to keeping our service department running at its best and maintaining our strong reputation for customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and promptly process warranty claims.
  • Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and Toyota WA.
  • Maintain clear records of warranty submissions, approvals, and denials.
  • Follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in resolving warranty-related issues with professionalism.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in dealership warranty processing (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and TUNE.
