John Hughes Service Centre in Welshpool have an opportunity for an experienced, warranty clerk to join their team. As one of the largest multi-franchise Service Centre's in Perth, we can offer a unique environment and an opportunity to excel.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Compiling and completing warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturers within the allowed timeframes
  • Preparing and submission of prior work approvals and goodwill requests
  • Maintaining the warranty parts store, including tagging, storage and disposal of warranty parts
  • Identifying and reporting on warranty audit risks

Qualifications and experience

  • Prior franchised dealership warranty experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft products

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. Experience with any of our manufacturers is an advantage
