John Hughes Service Centre in Welshpool have an opportunity for an experienced, warranty clerk to join their team. As one of the largest multi-franchise Service Centre's in Perth, we can offer a unique environment and an opportunity to excel.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Compiling and completing warranty claims following guidelines set by the manufacturers within the allowed timeframes
- Preparing and submission of prior work approvals and goodwill requests
- Maintaining the warranty parts store, including tagging, storage and disposal of warranty parts
- Identifying and reporting on warranty audit risks
Qualifications and experience
- Prior franchised dealership warranty experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft products
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. Experience with any of our manufacturers is an advantage
